What is the delivery time?
This will be decided on the day of the 1st fitting.
Can I alter the dress later?
Certainly, errors can still be corrected within a month.
How does payment work?
After the first fitting you pay a 50% deposit, when you collect the dress you pay the other 50%
Cancel or move?
Possibly within 48 hours.
Back?
Returns are not possible as the dresses are custom made.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you may bring a maximum of 1 person with you to the fitting.

2 Products
Libel Bridal sells various products:
- Digital wedding planner (this is delivered as a downloadable and printable file)
- Various filled boxes, matching a theme (these are delivered physically)
3 Prices and payments
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Payments for the webshop are processed via Mollie.
Payments for wedding dresses are processed via SumUp.
4 Delivery
After paying for a digital product, you'll immediately receive a download link or access to the product. Didn't receive a link or access? Please contact us. After paying for a physical product, you can expect delivery within 7 days.
5 Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for digital products, because the product is delivered immediately after purchase.
6 Intellectual property
All designs and content are the property of Libel Bridal. Sharing, copying, reselling, or using these for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.
7 Liability
Libel Bridal is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the products.

When you place an order, we only collect:
- First name and last name
- E-mail address
This data is used to:
- To process your order
- To send you the digital product
- Contact us if you have any questions about the order
3 Retention period
Your data will not be kept longer than necessary for administrative purposes (max. 7 years)
4 Sharing data
We do not share your data with third parties, except with:
- Mollie and SumUp, for processing payments.
- Our web host (for secure storage of emails and website)
5 Your rights
You have the right to access, change, or delete your data. To do so, please send an email to info@libelbridal.nl.
